At the beginning of March 2023, Louis Tanguay and Alexandre Beaulieu formalized the beginning of the succession process by integrating Alexandre as a shareholder of the firm. Alexandre will gradually take over LTI’s operations.
We’re very proud to be implementing a plan to ensure the long-term future of our firm, and to give it new impetus. After starting out as a consultant for LTI in Quebec City, his entrepreneurial spirit led him to land in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu in 2019 to open the firm’s regional office covering Greater Montreal, Montérégie and the Eastern Townships. In his first year, he made the new office profitable and firmly strengthened LTI’s position with industrial clients, giving the firm a boost in its diversification and growth objectives.
